Step 1:
Prepare all the products.

Knead thick dough and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 7:
Roll out the dough 1 cm thick and cut out the circles.
Step 8:
Grease the parchment with vegetable oil. Arrange the circles and make punctures with a fork.
Step 9:
The crumpets are baked in the oven for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Serve the pastries to the table in a warm form. Bon appetit!
