Step 1:

In a convenient bowl, mix garlic powder, a mixture of black, green, pink and white peppers, grind the pepper mixture in a mill, add thyme and smoked paprika. Add the necessary amount of vegetable oil to the spices and mix everything thoroughly in a separate bowl.
Step 3:
Rinse the zucchini thoroughly with running water. If you have young zucchini, then you do not need to clean them from the skins and seeds. If the zucchini are "age-related", then they need to be peeled and peeled. The seeds can be cleaned with a spoon or cut the zucchini into slices and remove the seeds with a small knife. Cut the prepared zucchini into any shape. We like the slices in this recipe.
Step 4:
Prepare the baking sheet. It needs to be covered with baking paper. You can not lubricate with oil, but I hedged and smeared the paper with vegetable oil with a brush. We move the zucchini slices into a bowl with a mixture of spices and vegetable oil and mix gently, evenly distributing the seasonings over the slices. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Turn on the "top-bottom" mode. We spread our zucchini on a baking sheet. We send it to the oven to bake. The baking time of zucchini depends on your household appliances and the size of the slices. 20 minutes was enough for me. My oven is electric.
