3. Cut bacon into plates;
4. Grease the mold with oil;
5. Lay out the zucchini;
6. Put the garlic cut into plates;
7. Lay out the bacon;
8. Lay out the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, cover with foil;
9. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes with foil and 20 minutes without foil;
10. Serve the dish hot, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
