Step-by-step cooking
Like all potato recipes, this one is just as simple and starts with us washing and peeling potatoes.
Potatoes for cooking in mayonnaise can be cut as you like. I prefer to cut into slices.
Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings.
Cut the bacon into thin strips.
Thoroughly mix mayonnaise, ground pepper and salt.
Grease the baking dish with oil, put potatoes, onions and bacon on the bottom, and then pour the resulting mayonnaise mixture.
Bake potatoes in mayonnaise for about an hour and a half in the oven, which we preheat to 180 degrees.
You can change the specified number of ingredients to your taste – take more bacon, less mayonnaise, etc. – nothing in the recipe will change from the number of ingredients.
You can serve a ready-made dish as a main dish, or as a delicious side dish for almost any dish.
