Cooking method
Peeled potatoes are placed in a spoon and cut, approximately as for frying. The spoon does not allow to cut the tuber to the end.
Potatoes are laid out on a baking sheet, each tuber is greased with butter (cream or vegetable). WE DO NOT SALT.We put it in preheated to 225 *. oven for 25 minutes.
Then lubricate with oil a second time, salt, sprinkle with spices and breadcrumbs and set for about 20 minutes, until browning.
