Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
After we prepare all the necessary products, let's figure out how to bake a vegetarian pizza with mushrooms and cheese.
Step 2:
So, first we knead the dough. We heat the water in a saucepan to a temperature of 35-40 degrees. Pour it into a deep bowl, add yeast and salt, pour in olive oil. Pour in the sifted flour and knead the soft dough on the table. We form a ball, put it back in the bowl, cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes to rise.
Step 3:
While the dough is coming, let's do the filling. Mushrooms are washed and cut into slices of medium thickness. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
Step 4:
Put the mushrooms in a frying pan with vegetable oil, which you need to warm up a little beforehand. Stir-fry over medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
Step 5:
Add onion to mushrooms, mix.
Step 6:
Fry for another 5-7 minutes, do not forget to stir.
Step 7:
Tomatoes are washed and cut into circles of medium thickness.
Step 8:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 9:
Crumble the dough that has come up and put it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. You can use a special frying pan for cooking pizza. Knead the dough with your hands into a thin cake.
Step 10:
Now we lubricate the pizza preparation with a thin layer with two or three tablespoons of tomato paste (ketchup), evenly distributing it over the base.
Step 11:
The first layer is spread with fried mushrooms with onions.
Step 12:
Sprinkle everything with cheese.
Step 13:
We spread the prepared tomatoes and sprinkle them a little.
Step 14:
We spread the olives cut in half on top of the tomatoes. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Step 15:
Cut the finished pizza into portions and serve it to the table still hot.
I thought one morning, why not concoct something like that? For example, vegetarian pizza with olives, mushrooms and cheese. Strangely, it came across to me as one of the first recipes in the book when I started flipping through the pages. I cooked the pizza, and then I wanted to share the recipe with those interested. I'm sure everyone will like it. Most pizza recipes contain meat or some meat products in their composition. But there are also pizzas specifically for vegetarians, where such ingredients are not used, such as, for example, the one whose recipe I described to you.
