    Gather the ingredients. To make breaded cauliflower in a skillet, you'll need: 500 g cauliflower; 80 g breadcrumbs; 1 large egg; 3 tablespoons vegetable oil; ground black pepper; salt.

    Wash and dry the cauliflower and break it into florets. Cut large florets into 2–3 pieces and leave the small ones whole.

    Boil the florets in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes.

    Then drain the cauliflower in a colander and let the water run off.

    Crack an egg into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and beat it thoroughly.

    Dip the cauliflower florets in the beaten egg, coating them on all sides.

    Then roll each floret in breadcrumbs on all sides. To coat them evenly, you can put the florets in a plastic bag, pour in the breadcrumbs, tie the bag, and give it a good shake.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet. Add the cauliflower and fry, stirring, until golden and crisp, about 10–15 minutes.
