Honey cake without rolling out cakes with sour cream

Cooking method
DOUGH:
1. Beat eggs with sugar on a high speed mixer until fluffy;
2. Add honey, flour, baking powder, mix on a low speed mixer;
3. Put parchment on a baking sheet measuring 30x35 cm, grease with oil;
4. Lay out the dough, flatten;
5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees;
CREAM:
6. Add powdered sugar to the weighed sour cream, mix with a whisk;
CAKE:
7. Trim the edges of the cake;
8. Cut the cake into four parts;
9. Smear each cake with cream;
10. Peanuts and scraps from the cake to grind;
11. Sprinkle the sides and top of the cake with crumbs;
12. Put it in the refrigerator for impregnation for 2 hours, and preferably overnight;
