Step 1:
How to make a crumble? Measure and prepare all the products according to the list. Apples can take any degree of sweetness or acid. Accordingly, put less or more sugar, focusing on the sweetness of the fruit. Instead of almonds, you can take any other nuts: hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts, cashews, and so on. Or you can give up nuts altogether.
Step 2:
Wash the apples well, peel them. You can not do this, but only on condition that their skin is tender and thin. Cut the apples into pieces (you don't need to get too carried away).
Step 3:
Add lemon juice and cinnamon to the sliced apples. Lemon will save them from darkening, and cinnamon will set off the taste.
Step 4:
Chop the nuts. Chop them with a knife or walk over them with a rolling pin. Add the chopped almonds to the apples and mix. If the apples are very sour, then you can add an extra spoonful of sugar, while focusing on your taste. Mix everything and the filling is ready.
Step 5:
Lubricate the portion baking molds with oil. Put the apple filling in them. There should be a lot of it, since during baking it will lose a little in volume.
Step 6:
Now prepare the flour crumbs. To do this, add sugar to the flour and mix well. Put cold butter and grind it with flour with your hands until crumbs.
