Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients
Step 2:
Wash the chicken drumsticks, put them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add spices, garlic, add approx. 170 gr. mayonnaise, mix well. Cover the bowl with a plate / lid and leave to marinate while we prepare the remaining ingredients. NOTE: It is better, of course, if the shins are marinated longer - 1.5-2 hours. In order for them to be well salted. Because if the chicken is marinated less in time, then the meat closer to the bone turns out to be unsalted!
Step 3:
Peel the onion, cut into not thick and not thin quarter rings. 70gr. cheese cut into thin slices - 20 pcs. Grate the remaining cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4:
Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into not thick circles (approx. 3 mm).
Step 5:
Put 1 plate of cheese under the skin of each shin from 2 sides. Put the potatoes and onions in a bowl, add the remaining marinade from the chicken drumsticks, the remaining mayonnaise (30 gr.), salt, pepper, mix well. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6:
Put the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish, then put the potatoes with onions (you can mix the potatoes with the drumsticks - it is not necessary that the drumsticks lie on the bottom). Cover the mold with foil and send it to a preheated 180-200 gr. oven for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, take out the mold, remove the foil, add cream, sprinkle with cheese and put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Step 7:
After cooking, take the dish out of the oven, inhale a pleasant, delicate aroma)) and you can serve it to the table! Bon appetit!
