Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

I warn you! The buns are delicious, but unusual, since they are not made of yeast dough. They won't be soft. I put a lot of sugar, you do it to your taste.
Immediately turn on the oven to warm up to 220C. Although each oven has its own way.
Mix all the dry ingredients in the recipe. Pour in the milk and butter, knead the dough, but try not to knead it with your hands for a long time, because in this case the properties of the baking powder disappear.
Roll out the dough into a 4cm high flat cake and squeeze out the buns in a round shape (glass), then transfer them to a baking sheet covered with oiled paper. Bake for 20 minutes. Then let it cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Buns without eggs and yeast are ready!
