Step-by-step cooking
Think? every housewife's household burns with curiosity when something delicious is baked in the oven. Everyone can't wait to taste the food first. The same thing happens at my house when the charlotte is baked. The culinary recipe for its preparation is simple, and does not require special products. For a charlotte with apples on kefir, washed apples are thinly sliced. I lubricate the form with margarine, sprinkle with crushed breadcrumbs or semolina, spread sliced apples and sprinkle them with cinnamon. I melt the butter. I add soda to kefir, mix it and leave it to extinguish (it is advisable to remove kefir from the refrigerator in advance so that it is not cold). Beat the eggs well, gradually adding sugar. I add kefir and butter to the mixture of beaten eggs and sugar. I mix everything carefully, but I don't beat it. And add the sifted flour. The dough should be as thick as pancakes. If it turns out to be runny, then I add a little flour. I pour the finished dough into the mold on top of the apples and send it to the preheated oven. I bake a charlotte with apples on kefir for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. It is better not to open the oven while the charlotte is baking. I check the readiness with a match — if the dough does not stick, then the food is ready. I remove the hot charlotte with apples on kefir from the mold, cut into pieces (which can be sprinkled with powdered sugar) and let cool. Drink a delicious charlotte with milk.
