We do everything in one bowl. First of all, combine semolina with sugar and dilute it in water, then leave it for half an hour. The next thing we will do is add flour, soda and butter, trying to give the dough the density of fatty sour cream.

Cut the apple into cubes and throw it into a bowl, mixing the pieces with a homogeneous mass. Half of the dough is poured into a baking dish, pre-treated with oil. We distribute the berries in the poured mass as much as we like, and fill the filling with a second layer of dough. The filling should be careful, otherwise the dough will displace the berries to the edges of the mold, and it will turn out ugly.

While still raw, lean mannikin needs half an hour, a little less or more, depending on what temperature we will bake and in which oven.
