Step 1:
Prepare all the products.
Step 2:
Mix milk with cocoa powder.
Step 3:
Beat the egg with sugar using a whisk.
Step 4:
Cut the butter into pieces and melt over low heat.
Step 5:
Pour the diluted cocoa into the egg mass, mix.
Step 6:
Pour the resulting mixture into the melted butter in a thin stream. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and cool slightly.
Step 7:
Break the cookies into small pieces.
Step 8:
Pour the cookies into the chocolate mass.
Step 9:
Pour walnuts to taste.
Step 10:
Wrap the chocolate mass in parchment, forming a sausage.
Step 11:
Send to the freezer for 2 hours. Then remove the paper, and cut the chocolate sausage into pieces and serve with tea. Bon appetit!
