Cooking method
Add vegetable oil to the pan, put finely chopped onions, grated carrots on a coarse grater and meat chopped in a meat grinder.
Simmer under the lid for 15 minutes.
Then add salt and spices. Fry for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the finished minced meat to another bowl for cooling.
In slightly warmed kefir to 30-40 ° C, add baking powder, sugar, salt. Mix it up. Leave for 10 minutes.
Add vegetable oil and egg to the kefir mixture. Mix it.
Add flour, in parts.
Knead the dough.
Transfer to a surface sprinkled with flour and knead the dough.
Cover the dough with a napkin and leave to come up for 20 minutes.
Form a tourniquet from the dough, divide it into 12 parts. Round each part and roll them out in turn into tortillas with a diameter of ~ 10 cm.
Put the filling in the center of the tortillas and form the pies in the shape of triangles.
Transfer the products to a baking sheet covered with baking paper, grease them with a shaken egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 20-25 minutes.
