Cupcakes Red velvet without filling with buttercream

Cooking method
All ingredients must be at room temperature.
Mix butter with sugar with a mixer.
Add vegetable oil. Then the eggs, one at a time. Mix well.
Then add the dye to the kefir. Mix it. Add lemon juice.
Add cocoa powder, soda, salt and vanilla sugar to the sifted flour. Mix it.
Add the flour mixture to the total mass, in parts, alternating with kefir. Mix well.
Put the dough in the muffin molds placed on the baking sheet, filling them two-thirds.
Bake in a preheated 170 °C oven, 30-35 min.
To make the cream, beat cold cream. Add powdered sugar. Beat until thickened.
Next add cream cheese. Mix it.
Decorate the finished cupcakes with cream, using a pastry bag.
