Step 1:
Prepare the filling! In half a kilogram of cottage cheese, add 1 tablespoon of sugar , beat in 1 egg and pour in 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar. Knead with a spoon until smooth.
Step 2:
Let's start filling the dough! We will need 1 kilogram of puff pastry. (How to prepare a quick version of this test, you will find on this link). Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough, about 3-4 millimeters. The resulting layer is divided into 3 equal parts and spread the curd filling on each part.
Step 3:
Connect all the edges and roll out the sausages to the same thickness. I will do the same with the berry filling. We spread the blackberries on the prepared dough, and sprinkle a little sugar on top. We fasten the edges and roll out the sausages.
Step 4:
Putting the pie together! The form in which we will bake is lubricated with butter and spread the pre-prepared sausages, alternating fillings in the form of a spiral.
Step 5:
Bake! We smear the pie with a beaten egg and we send it to the preheated oven to 170 and bake for 35 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 6:
Cut the finished pie and serve it to the table! The pie turns out very tasty and it is not difficult to prepare at all, just a godsend for tea!
