Step 1:
Prepare the dough: Pour 300 milliliters of kefir into a bowl and pour 150 grams of sugar. Add 65 milliliters of vegetable oil and mix with a mixer until smooth.
Step 2:
In a separate bowl through a fine sieve, sift 170 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 4 tablespoons of cocoa.
Step 3:
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry mixture and mix with a spoon, and then with a mixer until a homogeneous smooth mass.
Step 4:
Bake a pie! A mold with a diameter of 20 centimeters, lubricate the bottom and sides with vegetable oil and pour in the finished dough, distributing it throughout the mold. We send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick or a wooden skewer. The finished cake is allowed to cool completely.
Step 5:
Let's do the chocolate frosting! Pour 4 tablespoons of sugar into a saucepan and sift 2 tablespoons of cocoa through a fine sieve , pour 4 tablespoons of milk and add 15 grams of butter. We send it to the fire and, with constant stirring , cook until smooth, homogeneous mass. The finished glaze is allowed to cool completely.
Step 6:
Pour the cooled glaze on top of the cake and spread with a spoon over the entire surface. The pie is ready! We cut and enjoy its delicate taste. The consistency of this dessert turns out to be moist and very chocolate, and it is prepared extremely simply!
