Cooking method
1 cup - 250 ml. Mix the flour with soda and salt, sift the slide onto the board. Cut margarine into pieces, put it on flour. Chop the flour and margarine with a knife so that everything turns into fine grits
Whisk eggs lightly with sugar
Add sour cream, mix
Make a recess in the flour, pour the egg-sour cream mixture into it.
Knead the dough quickly. Wrap in foil, put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
To make cakes of the same size, I took a large mug, and for the hole in the center I used Soviet cupcake molds.
Roll out the dough into a layer about 0.5 cm thick, Cut out the cakes with a mug, use a sharp knife to make a wavy edge.
The baking sheet is covered with baking paper (previously it was tracing paper). Mix the yolk with butter. We will smear the cakes with this mixture.
Put the baking sheet in a preheated 220 degree oven. Bake until golden brown for about 15 minutes.Enjoy your meal
