Step 1:
Desired products.
Step 2:
Melt butter, for example, at medium power in the microwave.
Step 3:
Stir the eggs until smooth.
Step 4:
Sift powdered sugar into a bowl so that there are no dense lumps.
Step 5:
Sift wheat flour into the same place, add baking powder.
Step 6:
Add almond flour.
Step 7:
Add 0.5 tsp tangerine zest.
Step 8:
Add the egg mixture to the flour mass and mix.
Step 9:
Combine the resulting mass with butter.
Step 10:
Mix until smooth - and the dough for the muale is ready!
Step 11:
Wash, dry, cut off the tops and cut both tangerines together with the peel into three round slices. Lay the tangerine slices on the bottom of the greased vegetable oil molds.
Step 12:
Add the dough to the molds about 2/3 of its height.
Step 13:
Bake the muale in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Step 14:
To serve the muale, you need to turn it upside down so that you can see the original design with a tangerine slice. Have a nice tea party! Merry holiday!
