Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Cut the chocolate into thin strips.
2. Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Cut it into three parts.
3. Cut each part into a triangle.
4. Put the pieces of chocolate on the edge and gently roll it up.
5. Lubricate the croissants with beaten egg.
6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
