Cooking method
Drive two eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar there and beat very carefully. You can beat it with a whisk, but it's easier and faster with a mixer.
Grate margarine and add it to the resulting air mixture. Stir and add the remaining ingredients: flour, sour cream soda, and knead the dough.
The berries should be washed and carefully torn off the "spouts" from each berry, then suppressed with a fork and put into the dough. Mix very thoroughly. The dough should be tender and plastic.
Roll out the dough into a 1.5 cm thick plate. With a mold, you can cut out the livers of the size you need with an ordinary round or curly one.
You don't need to lubricate the baking sheet with oil, just sprinkle it with a little flour and spread the livers.
Bake at a temperature of at least 180 degrees, when cooked, turn off the oven and let it stand for another 5 minutes.
Cookies can be eaten with hot tea or milk.
Bon appetit!
