Cooking method
1. Cut the eggplant lengthwise into plates about 1 cm long.
2. Scroll through the minced meat and onions. Add salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
3. We lay out the minced meat on the plate and roll it into rolls.
4. Put the rolls on a baking sheet and lubricate with softened butter, cover with foil on top, send to the preheated oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Once the eggplants are cooked, remove the foil and let the rolls brown.
We spread our snack on a dish and decorate with herbs and fresh vegetables.
In order for the oven to have time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking).
