Cooking method
1. Carefully break the eggs and separate the yolk from the protein.
Beat the eggs with a mixer or blender.
2. Pour semolina into the milk and stir.
3. Pour the milk into the eggs, add salt and sugar, beat everything again.
4. The form in which our omelet will be baked, lubricate with oil and pour out the egg mixture.
5. We send it to a heated oven and cook over medium heat until a golden crust appears.
Carefully cut, put on a plate and serve to the table.
