Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
To the softened butter, beat the egg. Mix well.Sift flour with salt. It is better not to add all the flour at once, because it may take 1-2 tablespoons more or less. Knead the dough.
Step 3:
Distribute the dough in a split form, covered with parchment and greased with vegetable oil, forming the sides. In the dough, make frequent pricks with a fork so that it does not swell during baking. Send to the oven, preheated to 180 gr., for 10-15 minutes until a light blush.
Step 4:
Proceed to the filling. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cheese, grated on a coarse grater, salt and eggs. Mix well.
Step 5:
Add green onions, dill, parsley to the cheese filling. Mix it up.
Step 6:
Cut mushrooms into cubes and fry until golden brown with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 7:
Now add fried mushrooms to the filling.
Step 8:
We spread the filling on the dough, level it.
Step 9:
From the remains of the dough, decorate the cake at your discretion. We send it back to the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 10:
Take it out of the oven, let it cool down. And we call everyone to the table.
