Multi-layered homemade pizza

A simple recipe for an unusual and very tasty multi-layered pizza. Pizza turns out to be very tasty and nutritious.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

1. Dissolve yeast in warm water, mix well.
2. Sift the flour. Add half of the flour and salt to the yeast. Mix with a spoon.
3. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead a soft, obedient dough. Cover the finished dough with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, cut the sausage into slices and grate the cheese on a coarse grater (mix different types of cheese).
5. Divide the dough into three small parts and one large one. It should turn out from small three thin cakes, and from a large side.
6. Roll out the pizza cakes and cut to the size of the mold in which you will bake. Bake the rolled cakes in the oven at 180 degrees for 4 minutes.
7. Meanwhile, roll out the remaining dough for the sides with a rectangle and put it in a mold. Put a layer of semi-finished dough on the bottom of the mold.
8. Add ketchup to each layer, put cheese and sausage.
9. Bake pizza in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until ready.
