Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel the potatoes, cut in half, then each half into 3 or 4 parts
Step 2:
We cut the peeled pumpkin into arbitrary pieces. Pumpkin is cooked faster than potatoes and it is better to cut it larger than potatoes
Step 3:
We put the vegetables in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper, Provencal herbs and dry garlic. Pour vegetable oil, mix well
Step 4:
Spread on a baking sheet and put in a preheated 180-200 gr oven. We cook to the desired degree of baking. Usually min 40.
Step 5:
You can go to fish, meat, poultry or just with a vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
