Cookies made of unsweetened dough on sour cream

This pastry can be prepared both for a holiday and for every day! This recipe is quite simple, but I was attracted by the name - kufliki. It sounds kind of funny. I don't know why this pastry is so named. But for me, this word is consonant with "chubby". Such plump cookies. They are prepared from unsweetened dough on sour cream, and for the filling you can use thick jam or jam, nuts or dried fruits, as well as ground poppy seeds with sugar.
