Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mix flour with powdered sugar. It is good to add a pinch of salt to such a mixture.
Step 2:
Add butter in portions.
Step 3:
Mix.
Step 4:
And better yet - rub your fingers to an oil crumb.

Add the yolks to the mixture.
Step 6:
Add milk.
Step 7:
Start kneading the dough.
Step 8:
Knead first with a spoon in a bowl, and then - transfer to the table. If necessary, add more flour, but do not overdo it.
Step 9:
It's good to send the dough into the cold for half an hour or night (the latter is an ideal option for cookies for breakfast), and you can immediately start baking.
Step 10:
Roll out the dough into a layer about 5 mm thick and shape the cookies using a die-cut (or glass).
Step 11:
Put the cookies on parchment and bake in a preheated oven for 7 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 12:
Chill.
Step 13:
Serve.
