Cooking method
Mix the butter with all the spices and honey and put it in a steam bath until the butter melts.
Mix flour with sugar and egg, add the liquid mixture and knead the dough.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough, cut with molds and bake at 180 degrees. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the cookie. I baked for 15 minutes.
