Cooking method
1. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, cut each plate into 4 squares with a side of 10 cm. With a glass with sharp edges, cut out semicircles on each side.
2. Filling. Peel the tangerines and carefully separate the slices from each other so that they are connected to each other from below. Cut the marmalade into small pieces.
3. Put a tangerine in the middle of the prepared dough, put ½ tsp of honey in the middle, a few pieces of marmalade and a piece of chocolate.
4. Assemble the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch. From the remaining semicircles of dough, make leaves and attach them to the puffs.
5. Grease the puffs with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet greased with margarine.
6. Bake in a preheated 220C oven for about 20 minutes.
7. Decoration. Melt the remaining chocolate.
8. Cool the finished puffs slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Pour a little melted chocolate on a plate and lay out the puffs.
