Preparation of the filling:
1. Fillet, mushrooms and onions cut into a small cube, grate cheese on a grater;
2. Fry half of the onion in oil until transparent;
3. Add the mushrooms and fry until the water evaporates;
4. Put the mushrooms on a plate;
5. Fry the fillet, add the rest of the onion and fry until tender;
6. Put the finished fillet on a plate with mushrooms and cool a little;
7. Add cheese, salt, pepper, mix. Be careful with the salt! since the cheese is already salty.
Pie preparation:
8. Unwrap the dough, roll it out slightly and put the filling on it;
9. Lay the edges of the dough in any way or just pinch, forming a pie;
10. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, focusing on your oven and using wooden sticks. Enjoy your meal!
