Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the cottage cheese. Unfortunately, I remembered the step-by-step recipe when I already deployed it))
Step 2:
We pass through a sieve so that there are no lumps.
Step 3:
We take as many raisins as anyone likes and pour boiling water, leaving for a while.
Step 4:
Fill the semolina with milk, also leave it to swell.
Step 5:
In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese pureed on a sieve, cream (I have homemade, fatty), sugar, vanillin on the tip of a knife (you can vanilla sugar), yolk (carefully separated from protein, we still need it) you can give sour cream instead of cream, but extraordinary tenderness it is cream that is given.
Step 6:
Add our semolina soaked in milk, mix.
Step 7:
Beat our protein to a thick foam, 2-3 minutes of foam.
Step 8:
It should be held when the container is tilted.
Step 9:
Well, or so))
Step 10:
Gently mix in our curd mixture until smooth so that there are no lumps
Step 11:
We lubricate the form with butter, I have such a silicone one, already designed for this portion of cottage cheese)))
Step 12:
If I used to add raisins to the dough, then for some reason it settled on the bottom. And so I decided to change the methodology))) First, we squeeze the raisins well, then we spread them evenly on the molds and press them inside. After baking, the raisins are evenly distributed directly inside.
Step 13:
That's what I got. It is advisable not to apply the edges themselves, as the casserole will rise and may deform a little.
Step 14:
We place it in a preheated 180 degree oven in the middle so that it is evenly baked from all sides.
Step 15:
Within 10 minutes you will see how our casserole rose, and the AROMA was simply DIVINE on the whole floor. My child ran to the kitchen every minute with the question, "well, is it ready?" after they begin to brown, slightly reduce the degree to 150. Well, there's probably a lot depends on your oven, but after 20 minutes I was ready, but I turned down the possibility and held it for another 10 minutes to bake inside, in total I got 30 minutes.
Step 16:
That's how the casserole turned out. Enjoy your meal!!! The photos are evening, so a little dim.
Step 17:
Total grams at the output (the plate did not participate in weighing))))
Step 18:
Tried to take a picture in the middle)))
Step 19:
If you let it stand for a little while, the taste becomes even more special, but if there are children in the house, is it possible))), this is what was left after the casserole after 20 minutes as I took it from the oven))))
