Buns with lemon and icing

Buns amaze with their unusual sweet and sour, bitter taste! The recipe was initially interested in the molding method, I really wanted to repeat it, but the variety of taste just conquered!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours
In warm milk, dissolve 1 tbsp. l. sugar and yeast, leave for 15 minutes, add another 3 tbsp. l. sugar, water, sour cream, 30 gr. butter, vanilla and stir, add flour with salt and knead the elastic dough, leave in a warm place until doubled, covered with a towel.

Then roll out the dough and cut out the circles according to the size of the available cupcake molds.

On a fine grater, remove the zest from the lemons, mix it with brown sugar.

Melt the remaining 30 grams of oil.

Grease each circle of dough with melted butter, sprinkle with zest and sugar.

We put the circles in a stack of 3 or 4 pieces, slightly pressing each other with the palm of our hand. Cut the circles in half. We put the blanks into molds with a cut down.

Let the buns come up for 20 minutes and bake in a preheated oven to 190C for about 20 minutes.

While the buns are baking, we prepare the glaze: rub cream cheese with powdered sugar and juice of 1/2 lemon, pour warm buns.
