Cooking method

8. Divide each part into three more parts and roll balls with the size

pieces next to each other in a pyramid, like in billiards, the balls should stick together
among themselves;
10. Leave to stand for half an hour to lift;
11. Beat the remaining 1 egg with 2 tablespoons of water and lubricate the balls;
12. Bake in the oven until browning at 200 degrees.
