Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel the apples and the seed pods. Cut them into medium cubes.
Step 2:
We grind the walnut with a knife.
Step 3:
Put butter on a preheated frying pan and spread the sliced apples. Add 150g sugar, raisins, walnuts and cook for 5 minutes. A minute before cooking, add cinnamon and breadcrumbs, mix and turn off. Let the filling cool down.
Step 4:
Roll out the dough 2-3mm thick. and we remove the excess flour from the dough and from the table.
Step 5:
We distribute the filling over the entire surface of the dough, leaving the edge farthest from us free.
Step 6:
Carefully roll up into a roll, lubricate the empty edge of the dough with egg, pinch the edges of the strudel.
Step 7:
Put it on a baking sheet greased with oil or covered with parchment and put it in a preheated 180 degree Celsius oven for 40 minutes.
Step 8:
While the strudel is baking, we prepare the sauce. Add vanilla and 50g of sugar to the cream, bring to a boil and cook the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
