Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mix 3 eggs, starch and mayonnaise. If desired, the amount of mayonnaise can be reduced. I put it exclusively for the juiciness of the chicken fillet.
Step 2:
Mix until smooth.
Step 3:
It takes a lot of greens for my dish. I put it without regret.
Step 4:
Chop the greens, onion and garlic in a blender. If there is no combine at hand for chopping, you can chop finely with your hands, or pass through a meat grinder.
Step 5:
We get such a mass. We put it in a large bowl.
Step 6:
Next, we chop the fillets themselves. If there is no combine, you can cut it into small pieces, but do not pass it through a meat grinder. After the meat grinder, the result is not the same as with fine cutting.
Step 7:
Now mix all the ingredients in one deep bowl. Pour in our pre-prepared sauce, and mix everything well. At this stage, I'm salting. I cover it with a film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 8:
Spread the foil on a baking sheet.
Step 9:
Pour a little oil into the pan and fry a little in the pan.
Step 10:
We don't have a task to fry until ready. We should just fry until golden brown.
Step 11:
Next, we spread our cutlets on the foil prepared by us.
Step 12:
Cover well from above and put in the oven for 1 hour.
