Peel the carrots, grate them on a fine grater, add 2 tablespoons.spoon vegetable oil and put it to simmer over low heat.

Transfer the carrot-apple mass into a cup to cool down faster (it can be to a warm state).

Grease the baking sheet with oil, spread the cutlets (you can use a spoon). We put it in preheated to 180 degrees. oven until browning.
