Add vegetable oil, semolina, salt, soda to the cottage cheese (at the tip of the knife, you can extinguish it with vinegar), vanillin. Mix everything together. It is better to take fine-grained cottage cheese or rub it through a sieve.
Beat eggs separately with sugar, preferably with a bigger mixer. Add the curd mass to the eggs and mix gently. Put in a form greased with oil and sprinkled with semolina.
Bake in a preheated oven 200 - 35-40 minutes. After baking, leave the casserole in the oven for 10 minutes, then take it out, wait a little until it cools down. You can safely shift and pour sour cream or jam on top.
