Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Thaw tilapia fillets, rinse, dry, and rub with sea salt and thyme. You can sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave for 20-30 minutes.

Peel the pear and cut into plates. Fry in a dry frying pan for 2 minutes on each side, pour 50 ml of wine. The wine evaporates quickly.
Step 6:
Make small "boats" out of foil. Put a pillow of rice in them. The rice has pieces of fish. Then pieces of pear. Grease the top with sour cream.
Step 7:
Put in a preheated 200ºC oven for 20 minutes, then take out and put cheese plates on top (I have a regular cream cheese that can be replaced with Brie). Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes. Finita!Bon appetit!
