Cooking method
1. Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater.
2. Beat butter with white sugar.
3. Add honey. Beat again. Beat in the eggs after mixing the butter, sugar and honey. Then add the ginger.
4. Mix flour with a pinch of salt and baking powder. Sift into a bowl with the oil mixture and knead the dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film or plate, put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Cut out cookies with special molds (I have Christmas trees, snowflakes, men and stars) Carefully using a wooden skewer to make holes in the cookies if you are going to decorate them or hang them on the Christmas tree.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes on baking paper greased with butter. Remove from the oven, cool, thread thin multicolored satin ribbons through the holes with a thick needle, tie beautifully bows, sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar, put in a gift box or hang on the Christmas tree. Very beautiful, delicious and unusual.
