Cooking method
Mix semolina with milk. Let stand for 10 minutes (for swelling)
Beat eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese.salt and swollen semolina. Mix everything and pour it into a pre-greased mold (it is baked very well in a silicone mold), preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and put the mold for 40-45 minutes.
PS: Do not open the oven.so that the pie does not go down)
..if desired, you can add raisins.dried apricots in our mixture.
