Add sugar and yeast to warm cream, mix.

Make a hole in the flour mixture, add sour cream and a mixture of cream and yeast.

Knead the soft dough.
Step 6:
Put the bowl with the dough in a warm place and let it come up for 1 hour.
Step 7:
We crumble the dough that has come up and divide it into 10-12 equal parts. We roll each part into a smooth bun and let it come up.
Step 8:
Lubricate the approaching buns with protein and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 9:
