Cooking method
Boil the grits in half with milk in water, adding corn flour when cooking. Cool, put an even layer on a food film, pre-lubricated with vegetable oil. Spread the prepared filling on top (peeled apple, pear or banana mixed with sugar and cream). We roll it into a roll. Place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes . at a temperature of 160 – 180 C. Sprinkle the finished dessert with powdered sugar and pieces of fruit.
