Step-by-step cooking
Take a deep cup or basin.
Put yeast, pour warm water, add salt. Stir until the yeast dissolves.
Add flour. The dough should not be thick, but very sticky to the hands.
Let the dough rise. As it has risen, we lower it and let it rise again. And so 2 more times.
Lubricate the mold well with sunflower oil and spread the dough there. We don't have a bread mold, so we took a form with high sides.
Let the dough rise in shape.
Preheat the oven to 250 C. (it depends on the capabilities of your oven. I don't know what kind of oven you have... Maybe you have baking at 250 C, it burns. Therefore, adjust the temperature yourself.)
We put the mold with the risen dough in the oven for 30 minutes.
We check the readiness with a match.
