    On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough in a thin rectangular layer.

    Carefully transfer the dough into the mold, pressing it to the bottom, sides and corners of the mold.

    Trim the excess dough, make a lot of holes with a fork and place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the dough with food (heat-proof paper). Pour the beans on top and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Then take out the mold, remove the paper with the beans and bake for 10-15 minutes more, until the cake is golden brown. Remove the mold from the oven, cool completely.

    Beat the yolks with sugar until creamy and add flour.

    Cut the vanilla pod in half and pour the seeds into the milk. Boil the milk and immediately pour it into the previously prepared cream, constantly whisking. Put everything on a slow fire and bring to a boil, turn it down, simmer for a couple of minutes on fire. Strain the whole mass into another container through a sieve.

    Pour the cream into the mold, smooth it out and wait for it to cool completely. While the cream is cooling, prepare fruits and berries. Peel the fruits, remove the stalks and cut into thin plates. Cut the strawberries into two parts, remove the twigs from the red currant. Spread everything as desired on top of the frozen cream. Heat the apricot jam, bring to a boil, rub through a sieve and lubricate the fruit with the resulting mass. Put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
