Cooking method
Cut the peach into 8 slices (soak them in vermouth), 2 layers of ham - into 8 strips lengthwise. Wrap the peach slices with strips of ham, put them in a small fireproof mold and bake in the oven on medium heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with crushed pine nuts, put mint and basil leaves, cover with foil and put in the oven off for at least an hour. You can serve both warm and cold.
I had this recipe "born" due to the fact that a melon in prosciutto was planned as a snack, but suddenly it turned out that one of the girls does not eat melon. I had to get out of it urgently somehow to a friend. That's how the cold antipasti turned out to be warm, but also in a combination of sweet + salty.
