Beef with vegetables and adjika in pots

Beef turns out so juicy that it is impossible to resist. I really love the moment of waiting, and what will happen and whether the dish will be different from others prepared earlier. Today I added homemade adjika to the recipe and did not regret it, a little sharpness only improved the taste. How many times have I cooked a variety of pots and yet beef is best suited for stewing, it has a special taste and smell that is so pleasant.I would also note that fried vegetables also give the fried a pleasant taste and take away the dampness from raw vegetables, concentrating the taste of this dish in its entirety. The added homemade adjika is perfectly combined with meat and pepper. And all together there is the very dish that can be served at a dinner party.
