I really love homemade cakes and constantly pamper my loved ones with something delicious, but you can't always find time for complex desserts, so at such moments I am rescued by ready-made puff pastry and a jar of boiled condensed milk, which, by the way, can be replaced with any jam.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut into triangles. Spread the condensed milk on the wide edge and roll it up with a bagel. We spread our bagels on a baking sheet, lubricate with egg and bake bagels with condensed milk for literally 20 minutes. That's all!
