Step-by-step cooking
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll out one layer of dough on it so that it fits into the mold together with the sides.
Take a 20x30 form, lay a layer of dough in it, forming the sides.
Cream cheese with egg, sugar, van.beat sugar with a mixer until smooth. Put it on the dough.
Put the cherry filling on the cheese.
Roll out the second layer of dough to 20x30 cm and cut it into strips 1 cm wide. Put these strips on the cherry cheesecake so that you get a lattice.
Bake cheesecake for half an hour in the oven.
